These baskets come in 2 styles. One rectangular shape that is great for cooking anything from fish to chicken parts and corn. It has 4 adjustment locations for different thicknesses of food. In order to do this for the various markets it is necessary to provide the rotisserie motors in different voltage and plug configurations. New Head Unit For Dual Post

New Head for Dual Post

We just received the new head unit for the dual post system. It is smaller, lighter and designed specifically for this system. It is not as versatile as our standard head, which is upgradeable. This head is cheaper and easier to produce which will allow us to have a lower price with this option.

The new head is all stainless steel and very easy to clean. The new kits with this head will be available immediately. Works with all our rotisserie motors.

Dual Post Rotisserie System

Our Dual Post Rotisserie System

This system is the best on the market. It features infinite height adjustment and is made almost entirely of stainless steel. We use a 1/2" Hex stock spit and our heavy duty forks. It has always been sold as part of the upgradeable OneGrill family of grills since it has our main head unit, which can be upgraded to use a rack, griddle or convert to a smaller rotisserie.

Available in Early September, we will offer the system with a new head unit which is smaller and designed specifically for the Dual Post System. It will be all stainless and feature the same infinite height adjustment. It will still work with all our motors, battery or electric. The new head unit will allow us to offer the system at a reduced price.

Our new 304 stainless Charcoal Chimney is almost ready for production. It features not only all stainless construction, but the fastest starting in the industry. Our new Excellerator technology will allow you to start your charcoal up to 3 times faster. It lights everytime and only uses 2 sheets of newspaper. Capable of starting up to 5 pounds of charcoal at a time. Of course you can start as little as you like. Balanced handle location for easy pouring. Will never rust or corode. No more nasty petroleum or wax seasonings. Comes with a 5 year warranty. Scheduled for release in August. We are just waiting for the custom handles to be delivered. The handles should be in around Aug 24th. So we should be shipping the first orders the last week of August.

Here are some aditional pictures. We will be adding a side by side comparison very soon. This will show the difference in speed between our chimney and the others on the market. It will also light every time. What tis combination will do for you is completely offset the time advantage of using a gas grill. You will be able to get you food cooking in the same amount of time, but now with all the flavor advantages of charcoal.

The above side view shows the conical shape of this chimney. This shape coupled with the airflow optimization allow this unit to light charcoal up to 3 times faster.

 Above you will notice the 2 point mounting system for the handle. This makes it very strong and durable.

Above you will notice the contoured shape of our wooden handle. It fits very comfortably in your hand and helps maintain control. What you can't see here is that we have an anti-rotation feature which keeps the handle from spinning. The handle is also screwed on. Unlike other brands, our handle will not come apart, which is not desirable when pouring 1400 degree coals.
